How long will my order take?

  • Processing: we prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard delivery within Australia: usually 7–14 business days (some items arrive sooner).
  • Express within Australia: usually 3–7 business days.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

How much is shipping?

  • 🎉 FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.
  • Orders under $75: $9.95 flat rate standard shipping.
  • Express shipping: $39 — available on any order.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Where do you ship?

We ship right across Australia — every state and territory. We're proudly Australian and focused on serving Aussie pet parents, so we don't currently ship overseas.
