Shipping Policy

We want your PawHappiness order to arrive safe, fast, and with a wagging tail on the other side.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within Australia, including all metro, regional and rural areas, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers. We also ship internationally to selected countries β€” contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Track My Order page or directly on the carrier website. Our shipping partners include Australia Post, Sendle, DHL, and Aramex.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, sales events), severe weather, public holidays, or carrier network disruptions. PawHappiness is not liable for carrier delays. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at support@pawhappiness.site immediately with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
