How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping across Australia arrives within 7β14 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 3β7 business days. Orders $75 AUD and over automatically receive free standard shipping β no code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes β we ship to selected countries. International shipping is $20 AUD and takes 10β21 business days. Check at checkout whether your country is available.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime. If you do not receive a shipping email within 3 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email support@pawhappiness.site immediately with your order number and new address.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and we will sort a refund or exchange with no fuss. See our full Returns Policy.
My item arrived damaged β what do I do?
Email support@pawhappiness.site within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement or full refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2β5 days to show the credit.
Are your products safe for all breeds and ages?
Yes. All PawHappiness products are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and are suitable for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and ages. Each product page includes specific suitability details. When in doubt, check with your vet.
Do you sell products for cats?
Absolutely. Our full range includes products for cats β feeding mats, lick mats, toys, grooming tools, and health accessories. Many products work for both dogs and cats.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email support@pawhappiness.site immediately with your order number.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the Discount code field. New subscribers get WELCOME15 for 15% off their first order. Free standard shipping applies automatically on orders $75 and over.
