Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items are eligible for return if they are:

  • In original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Items clearly used or damaged by the customer
  • Hygiene products that have been opened (e.g. toothbrush wipes, lick mats)
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior approval

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first — Email support@pawhappiness.site with your order number and reason for return. We'll approve it within 1 business day.
  2. Pack your item — Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside.
  3. Ship it back — We'll provide return shipping instructions. For standard returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
  4. Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise! Please email us at support@pawhappiness.site within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the damage or fault
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage if required. No questions asked.

Refund Timeframes

  • Refund approved: Within 1 business day of your request
  • Refund processed: 3–5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank credit: Allow 2–5 additional business days for your bank to reflect the refund
