Our Packaging Promise
We're actively working to reduce our packaging footprint. By 2027, we aim to have 80% of all orders shipped in fully compostable or recycled materials. We're working with our suppliers to eliminate single-use plastics from our supply chain.
Carbon-Conscious Shipping
We partner with carriers that offer carbon offset programs. We're working toward carbon-neutral delivery for all Australian orders and encourage customers to choose standard shipping over express where time permits.
Product Longevity Over Disposability
We deliberately choose durable, long-lasting products over cheap disposables. A feeder mat that lasts 5 years is infinitely more sustainable than a single-use alternative. Our philosophy: buy once, use forever.
